Chef Tony Notaro has sold a boat load of knives as infomercial host for the Miracle Blade Company. The knives he pitches are sharp, no doubt about it, and keep their edge through repeated use. The set features some novel designs that make many kitchen tasks go more smoothly. The stainless steel blades maintain their corrosion free status reasonably well, even when run through the dishwasher.
